Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason.

Consumer: a natural person making a purchase for private purposes not related to business activity.

Trader: Flozii E-Commerce operating under the brand name Zevy Beauty.

Distance contract: an agreement concluded within an organised system for distance selling.

Durable medium: any method that allows information to be stored in a way that can be reproduced unchanged (for example email).

Day: calendar day.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and distance contracts concluded between Zevy Beauty and the consumer via the Zevy Beauty website.
By placing an order, the consumer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers on the website are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
If an offer is subject to a time limit, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Article 5 – Formation of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer places an order and Zevy Beauty confirms it by email.
The consumer must provide accurate and complete contact and address details.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day the product is received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact info@zevybeauty.com.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all labels and accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Once the return has been received, Zevy Beauty will issue a refund within 14 days, excluding original shipping costs.
Article 7 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made products

Personalised products
-
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

Products that may deteriorate quickly
Article 8 – Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Article 9 – Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the consumer.
Estimated delivery time is 2–10 working days.
If a delay exceeds 30 days, the consumer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.
Article 10 – Complaints and Warranty
In the event of defective or damaged products, the consumer should contact info@zevybeauty.com with photos and a description of the issue.
Zevy Beauty will process complaints within 14 working days and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Article 11 – Liability
Zevy Beauty is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profit.
Liability is limited to the value of the order.

Article 13 – Return Address
Returns are handled by our logistics partner in China.
Please do not send parcels to the sender’s address shown on the label.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
