IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG OR A DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you have received the wrong item or an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@zevybeauty.com with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your products within 30 days of receiving them.
The product must be:

In its original condition

In its original packaging
Once we have received and approved your return, you will receive a refund excluding return shipping costs.
REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
We offer 30-day returns for store credit or an exchange.
If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, return shipping costs will still apply and may be deducted from the refund amount.
All returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days.

RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost of a return is usually around £12–£15, depending on the courier and your location.
